A little about me
Hello Lovelies!
Thanks for taking your time to learn a bit about me.
I'm an artist, intuitive painting guide, mother of 2, wife, surfer, yogini, and lover of fun!!! I am originally from Southern California, and now living on the northern NSW coastal range of Australia.
I received my BA in fine arts from Chico State University. After graduating I decided to get a "real" job and found work in sales. I dabbled here and there with painting but, my art really took a back seat. After the birth of my second child, I was craving creative expression. I took a course online which reignited my passion, and introduced me to Intuitive Painting. I was hooked!
Painting for me is a form of meditation, and communication. I listen intuitively to what needs to be expressed through me. When I am in the "zone" the feeling is pure bliss. My paintings are a process of moment to moment decisions, based on feelings , there isn't any pre planning or sketching. Some paintings are figurative, some abstract.
The real juice for me happens in the process, where i feel like I get downloads of little messages to help me and others through life. I write these messages down in a journal as i go, and sometimes paint them onto the canvas. Its like a therapy/ psychic session for me. I love it!
Its also a great tool for Creating energy around things in my life, by focusing on what you want during the painting process your creating more of that in your physical reality. Its the Law of Attraction in action!
In recent years I have also discovered my passion for connecting with women through the painting process. In the many workshops I have run, I have seen profound transformations happen with my clients, and am in awe at the way these women embrace and then run with this new found tool for self understanding, and nurturing. I am truly honored to be the witness of this, and it just solidifies my belief even more, in the power of creativity in creating positive momentum in our lives.
